Fall Break, like we really deserved one

Published by thekid87 at 11:33 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

I’m sure once I am well into the adult years breaks will be something to look forward to. Breaks from work, breaks from wife and kids, breaks from anything that change up the mundaneness of the “real world.” Right now we are on a Fall Break from school, and quite frankly, I’m livid. I don’t need a break from doing nothing all week and hunting tail all night in the confines of my fantasy land I have created at school. I don’t need a break from noon classes that I usually fail to attend because of the flu or dead grandmothers, or a break from morally lax girls jumping down my trousers after a night of downing jack and railing several adderols. Now I’m stuck in the suburbs with nothing to do, fooling myself into caring about the election, and getting the riot act from my mom because I haven’t gone to church all semester (or my college career if we’re being honest). I don’t need a break, I need a vamp up. Senior year is such a precious commodity, and my house full of ruffians and Johnny carpetbaggers (imply what you will) is extremely empty right now. I want to get back to the mayhem and the glory, but the administration thinks it is in my best interest to take some mental time off. I heard it was because the suicide rate for freshman went up in the middle of October, but I’m on the verge of slitting my wrists on the L train and urinating on a “suit” just to make a point before I pass out and am resuscitated without my consent. Its day 5 of 8, and if I make it to 6 it’ll be because of the killer herb I score tonight. Over and out from Gotham City, be weary and trust no one.
